・入荷（再入荷）予定、入荷時のご連絡（管理が難しくトラブルの原因となるため）
・入荷作品の掲載予定（実店舗業務の合間にオンラインショップへの掲載業務を行うため、入荷作品がいつ掲載されるか等は、お約束ができません。実店舗の繁忙期は特に更新が遅くなります。）
・作品のお取り置き
・SOLD（売約済）作品の価格（作家作品は人気に応じて価格が変動するため）
・オーダーメイド（イメージが違った等のトラブルの原因ともなるため）

・入荷作品はまずは実店舗にて販売を始めますため、掲載前に店頭にて売約済みの作品はオンラインショップには掲載されません。

We only respond to inquiries about artworks that are “on sale” in our online store. Inquiries about other artworks are not handled by this form.
We do not respond to phone calls or e-mails for the following.
・Listing Schedule of New Arrivals
(We cannot promise when the new arrivals will be posted on the online store, as we are posting them in between the actual business of the store.Updates will be particularly slow during the busy season of the actual store.)

・Prices of SOLD pieces(as the price of the artist's work fluctuates according to its popularity)
・Custom made
Other Information
・We will start selling the new arrivals in our actual stores first, so the works that have already been sold in the stores will not be listed in the online store.
